As a mutual 19B resident in good standing, all amenities of the Leisure World community are available to you. A portion of your condo fee is applied to subsidizing these facilities. A minimal user fee may be required for a 'pay as you go' service fee for specific events or amenities. It would be good to check any fee schedule before use. Also, there are many Leisure World services that are free to the residents. Leisure World Amenities/Services are:
