Our Mutual is governed by a Board of Directors made up of seven residents. The directors are elected by the entire mutual to conduct mutual operations. In cooperation with the Leisure World Administration, this mutual board determines an annual budget which includes resident condo fees.  The board meets monthly; all meetings are open to any mutual resident. 


Building Reps: The mutual president usually requests volunteers to act as building representatives. The rep forwards all repair, maintenance, and associated matters with regard to common areas to the Mutual Assistant for Property Maintenance. Residents shall handle individual unit needs. (However, if the issue is an emergency or the property maintenance assistant is unavailable, the unit owner should contact the Physical Properties Dept directly at 301-598-1500... then notify the building rep as soon as possible).
