We are a privately incorporated condominium association established in 1979. One of many private associations in Leisure World, we are comprised of 7 buildings and 30 units each. Outside the main Entrance of Leisure World is a shopping plaza which offers groceries, realty offices, spirits & wine, banking, and restaraunts. It is a regular stop on all daily shuttle bus runs in the community.
Leisure World is the community here, but the neighborhood is the mutual. In this mutual, we have our governance, rules and regulations to serve our residents. We have an agreement with the community to offer and maintain amenities and services.
